Pella Corporation
Sioux Center, Iowa |
Client Challenge: Accommodate manufacturing of a specific window type in a new production plant, thereby relieving backlogs at product-specific plants; meet a demanding construction schedule, even through the winter months.
|
SVPA Solution: After designing a building that reflects Pella Corporation’s stability and commitment to being a long-term member of the Sioux Center business community, SVPA facilitated meeting the schedule by incorporating precast concrete and other premanufactured materials. The new facility includes paint storage and mixing areas, as well as drive-through loading docks.
