Leighton State Bank
Pella, Iowa |
Client Challenge: Design a new branch office conforming to the Dutch heritage design covenants of the community of Pella.
|
SVPA Solution: The exterior of the building has a "Dutch" look, using traditionally colored masonry with antique white split face block corner accents. The interior floor pattern echoes the exterior brick, and warm woodtones are used throughout.
