Client Challenge:

Assist Pella Corporation in their expansion into the eastern United States, creating a manufacturing and office facility in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.  The facility needed to convey the stability of Pella Corp and their commitment to the community of Gettysburg.

SVPA Solution:
A 250,000 s.f. window manufacturing plant and distribution / warehouse facility with drive through loading and waste systems, built in two phases. The site was extremely rocky, and some of the excavated rock was used in the landscape desgin. The design, which utitlized both tilt-up precast concrete panels and cast-in-place concrete, is both functional and attractive.
