Client Challenge: With steady growth in student enrollment, the Carlisle School District engaged SVPA Architects to provide planning services to meet their facility needs through a series of phased projects. One of the top priorities was the need for a new Middle School.

SVPA Solution: SVPA assisted the School District with planning and promotional graphics for their overwhelmingly successful bond referendum in the fall of 2005. The budget for the project was $8.5 million. The new facility contains approximately 75,000 s.f. and was opened in the fall of 2007.
|
Sustainable Design Techinques: The site has three acres of naturalized plantings to not only manage storm water quantity and quality, but also provide educational opportunities for students.
