Client Challenge:

Complete a district-wide facilities study to determine current and future needs.  Assist the District in passing a bond issue to provide new elementary and middle school facilities.
SVPA Solution:

Construction consisted of two phases:  Construction of a new 25,000 s.f. elementary school, followed by demolition of the 3-story 1918 school building to allow for construction of a new varsity gymnasium and new middle school of approximately 40,000 s.f.  SVPA has continued to work with the district on a variety of projects, including District Administration offices, Grounds and Transportation facilities, and a new two-room rural Amish School House.
