Client Challenge:

Provide facility improvements for this elementary in keeping with the District's 10-year facility master plan, a collaborative facilities study and planning effort between the District Administration, the Grounds and Maintenance Department, and professional design consultants to identify district wide facility improvement needs. 
SVPA Solution:
The SVPA Team completed a major building renovation consisting of all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems. Building additions of approximately 1,995 s.f. and extensive interior remodeling accommodated the necessary space needs improvements and maximized the impact of new interior finishes throughout the facility.
