Client Challenge: Add to the existing Adminstrative Offices to create a new City Hall that blends with the adjacent Urbandale Public Library. Combine City Departments into one building while allowing each Department to maintain its individual identity.

SVPA Solution: A 12,450 s.f. addition that complements not only the existing building, but the surrounding architecture. The interior design allows for departmental identities without confusing the public as they visit City Hall.
