Electrical Engineering and Equipment Company (3E)
3E
Windsor Heights, Iowa

Client Challenge: Develop a building program using a new site located just off I-235; allow for any changes in exit ramp relocation created by the I-235 construction; accommodate 100 percent of 3E's operations in a single facility.

SVPA Solution: SVPA worked with the City of Windsor Heights and the Iowa Department of Transportation to appropriately position the new facility to accommodate the future relocation of I-235's 8th Street exit ramp. The facility was completed on time and on budget, and provides for efficient operations in warehousing, shipping/delivery, retail and office needs. An on-site conference center accommodates customer and staff training.
