Client Challenge: Create a multi-use community based Outreach Center as Phase 1 for this rapidly expanding contemporary worship congregation.
SVPA Solution: In conjunction with David A. Price Associates, SVPA created a Ministry Center that expresses the joyful outreach philosophy of the congregation. Phase 1 of the project is designed to meet the church's current need for a worship center, offices, classrooms, and student center. Future phases will expand the facility to include a private school, preschool/child care, performing arts center for 2,000, counseling center, youth center, retirement housing, hospice center, recreation facility, chapel, cellular communications tower, and an exterior amphitheater for 500.
