Through a highly competitive selection process, SVPA Architects was selected to assist them in building their first North American location in Perry, IA.

Our Solution
Through an efficient and condensed design process, their facility was developed to include office, manufacturing, and testing spaces to support the distribution of their products throughout the United States. ADR places special value on the environments of their workers, so the design thoughtfully brings natural light and comfortable environments to both the office and production employees. The facility was planned for future expansion as ADR establishes itself in North America and continues to grow.
