Our Solution
The design was intended to be open and transparent and pay homage to their European parent company. New finishes were installed throughout, including demountable wall units and an all-glass entrance. A new mechanical system, lighting, CAT 6 cabling and power were also installed. During the course of the project, the Owner chose to re-skin the exterior of the building also. Metal wall panels, fiber cement panels and storefront windows and entrances were installed to update the exterior finish of the building.
