PROJECT ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECT

We’re looking for a Project Architect, Senior Architect, or Studio Lead with motivation to push design thinking, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others.

CAD TECHNICIAN

We’re seeking a motivated CAD Technician to join our team. You will work closely with project architects and design staff to translate concepts into detailed drawings and help us deliver great projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Create accurate 2D construction drawings and 3D REVIT project models
  • Develop and maintain drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details)
  • Work with project team members (architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants) to coordinate drawings, incorporate design feedback, and update revisions
  • Maintain file organization, drawing standards, and document control to ensure consistency
  • Support construction-administration deliverables: permit drawings, addenda, change requests, RFIs, and as-built updates
  • Assist with site visits and field verification when required to update documentation
  • Contribute to studio initiatives by suggesting improvements to workflows and CAD/BIM standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree or certificate (or equivalent drawing/technical experience) in Architectural Technology, Drafting, CAD/BIM or related field
  • 2–5 years (or more) CAD/BIM drafting experience, preferably in an architecture or engineering-consultant environment
  • Proficiency in key software: REVIT experience is a must and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Strong understanding of drawings: lineweights, annotation, scales, details, and revisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy — drawings must be constructible and well-coordinated
  • Good communication skills: able to work in teams, take direction, and ask clarifying questions
  • A proactive mindset: comfortable with responsibility, eager to learn and contribute to better workflows
