Easterseals Iowa Administration Building

Our Solution

The new stand-alone, single-story administration building is located to the north of their existing offices. The office building includes open office areas for workstations, meeting and conference rooms, open collaboration areas, reception area, break rooms and ancillary spaces. Easterseals realized that much of their staff spends a majority of time working off-site with clients, so they took the approach of unassigned workspace giving staff the ability to choose where to work based on their needs for the day. The building is designed to complement the camp architecture with an exposed wood frame structure.
