Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance

Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa wanted to remodel and upgrade the executive wing of their existing office in West Des Moines, with the goal of bringing executives together in a space that encourages greater collaboration. To accomplish this, SVPA helped design a comfortable, open area to be used for informal meetings and entertaining guests with a kitchen and casual seating. The new layout also created additional meeting spaces with audiovisual components for executive meetings. Other areas of the building were renovated to add shared spaces for employee collaboration, and to accommodate current and anticipated staff growth.
