Heating and Cooling Supply moved their Des Moines operations a couple miles down the road into a new facility that is sized for their current business growth. They supply local HVAC contractors with all the equipment they install on a day-to-day basis, and more warehouse space was sorely needed.

Our Solution
SVPA Architects provided the design for a new 200’-0” by 250’-0” pre-engineered metal building that houses their warehouse storage, office spaces, showroom and large training room. The new façade includes large-format dark brick and architectural insulated metal panel, designed to give the business a new face and to satisfy the city’s tax abatement program. The site was previously a dump site and the city assisted the owner with incentives to effectively reclaim the grounds.
