On With Life Long-Term Skilled Care
SVPA Architects was chosen by On With Life to design an interior and exterior renovation of an existing nursing home in Polk City. The updated space will serve their one-of-a-kind long-term care program for individuals who have experienced brain injury and require long-term, complex care. The facility contains 40 licensed beds located in 20 private and 10 double rooms, along with rehabilitation/therapy spaces, activity areas and an outdoor sensory garden. SVPA designed a full renovation of the building’s interior, a refinish to the exterior and a full renovation of the kitchen.
