Our Solution
The project will be constructed in two phases, but design documents will be completed for both phases at the same time. Phase 1 consists of approximately 45,000 square feet with a 1,500 square foot connector. Phase 2 will be an additional 45,000 square foot and will be a mirror image of Phase 1 attached to the connector. The exterior design will include a mix of architectural metal panels and glass curtainwall.
