About David

David believes that each project is an opportunity to create lasting value and positive impact for his clients and team. He enjoys sharing knowledge and making others, “more dangerous.” He has experience in a variety of project types including agricultural, industrial, educational, corporate, hospitality, religious, and specialty projects.

When did you know you wanted to become an architect?

I knew I wanted to be an architect for sure early in high school when I experienced board drafting a house. It was the perfect blend of creativity, craftmanship, and technical knowledge! Even though I fell in love with architecture then, I still had a narrow view of what being an architect really meant. The longer I have practiced architecture, the bigger and more exciting it has become.  

What is one of your favorite quotes/sayings and why?

“Construction. It is the ultimate goal for every project to become a reality, and so much of what we do builds for that moment/process. Ideas, hopes, limitations, and the unexpected combine to make the project a reality like no other industry. “
