What is your favorite building and why?
“The Miller House in Columbus, Indiana by Eero Saarinen. It was completed in 1957 and is the greatest integration of building, interiors and landscape of any architecture that I have so far experienced in-person. ”
What is one of your favorite quotes/sayings and why?
“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see, by Henry David Thoreau. This simple and powerful quote gets to the importance of observation, noticing things around us and paying attention also speaks to qualities that are unseen (beyond physical) as well.”
