Cityville on 9th will consist of 339 apartments in nine buildings – the first two phases of 222 units in three buildings is complete, with unit sizes ranging from micro-units to two-bedroom, two-bath units. All units include balconies and full appliances. First floor spaces include commercial/parking, while the upper three stories include multifamily units. The center building includes a clubhouse, fitness center, media center, business area for the residents and management offices. A center courtyard area includes a future dog park for residents to enjoy. The development is scheduled to be competed in three phases. Phase 3 will include 117 units in the remaining three buildings and is scheduled for completion in December of 2017.
