CIVCO Medical Solutions consolidated their Iowa operations into a single new facility in Coralville, Iowa. The new facility is a total of 96,600 sf. Approximately 34,000 sf is dedicated to a two-story office space and the remaining 62,600 sf is warehouse and lab space.

Our Solution
The building is constructed with precast panels with differentiation in finishes between the warehouse and office space. The office area includes open offices, closed offices, training room, fitness room, conference rooms, and a breakroom with outdoor break space attached. The warehouse is a combination of racking storage, manufacturing equipment, testing equipment, and lab space. The design of the building takes into account future expansion of another 40,000 sf of warehouse area.
