Des Moines Water Works Ground Maintenance Facility
SVPA was hired by Des Moines Water Works to design a new Ground Maintenance Facility which includes three vehicle bays, offices, locker rooms and breakroom for their Grounds Maintenance department.

Our Solution
Site development included storage bins for bulk materials and a bulk water fill station. Exterior materials were selected to blend in with adjacent buildings in the area as well as durable, long lasting materials of precast concrete and brick masonry.
