SVPA Architects was selected as the architect for five speculative warehouse and distribution center buildings along Highway 141 frontage in Grimes.

Our Solution
The buildings use a combination of precast concrete wall panels and metal wall panel systems with a clear height of 24’ to 32’. These are supported on a pre-manufactured metal building frame system. The fifth and final building sits closest to the highway and has been enhanced to provide additional storefront windows and daylighting.
