SVPA Architects was selected by Northwest Bank to design a new branch office in Ankeny that is located on Oralabor Road near the DMACC campus.

Our Solution
The 9,300 s.f. bank includes four teller stations, two drive-thru lanes and an ATM lane. Northwest Bank’s Wealth Management department also occupies a space within the bank with their own separate entrance. The story-and-a-half lobby space includes a naturally lit clerestory window around its perimeter, allowing for a very bright and light-filled space. Exterior materials include smooth and split face stone, brick masonry and glazed aluminum curtainwall and strip windows.
