Our Solution

The six-story, 217,000 sq. ft. building provides more space and enhanced functionality for the company’s 600 employees. Previously, those employees had been located within three different leased facilities on Westown Parkway. The design of the space is contemporary and inspiring and allows for room as the company continues to grow over the next decade. A significant feature includes a two-story amenity area for employees and visitors that provides access to outdoor walking trails surrounding the property. Surface parking and a below-grade parking garage with nearly 800 spaces was also included in the scope of work. The project was completed as a joint association with HKS, Inc. based out of Dallas, TX.

Prior to this project, SVPA Architects designed all four floors of Regency West 8 for Midland National Life, a division of Sammons Financial Group, which gave them the ability to have all their employees under one roof. A complete interior remodeling included a combination of private and open office spaces, two custom reception areas, various conference and training rooms, computer room, a private executive suite and a full-service break room. Interior finishes were updated throughout, creating a fresh new look for their new office location that reflected their corporate culture and the new identity they wanted to project.
