SVPA Architects designed a new branch location for Connection Bank & Insurance in Burlington, IA. The Owner desired a comfortable, yet distinct design for the highly visible site at the corner of Market Street and Highway 61, to really define Connection Bank & Insurance as “The Place To Be”.

Our Solution
The facility was designed in conjunction with the Owner to express the Bank’s brand by developing a franchise look that incorporated the bank’s logo colors and shapes into the project with the slogan “We’ve Got This”. The bank component of the facility includes: drive-thru teller lanes with an ATM, teller area, a mixture of open work-space and private offices, breakroom and mechanical/electrical/data/security rooms. The insurance component of the facility includes: private offices, conference room and lobby area. Two thirds of the facility will be allocated for the bank and one third will be used for insurance with a lockable lobby space for controlled access into either business for different hours of operation.
