SVPA provided a renovation to the existing administrative office building into a Teen Center for Easterseals Iowa at Camp Sunnyside.

The new Easterseals Iowa Child Development Center at Camp Sunnyside is the product of Hubbell Realty’s fifth Extreme Build – Care for Kids.

During the design of the Public Services Building, SVPA was selected to renovate the existing City Hall.

SVPA was selected to remodel the existing Kirkendall Library into new office space for the City of Ankeny Parks and Recreation, Public Works and Planning & Building departments.
