SVPA’s design for Des Moines Fire Station 11 achieved LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for its energy efficiency! The station uses ground-source heat pumps and roof-mounted solar panels to meet LEED Silver standards for environmental health and sustainability.
