To reach more people in the cities where they live, MercyOne continued their partnership with SVPA Architects to design and build outpatient clinics across Central Iowa.

With an expanding practice, the MercyOne Carlisle Family Medicine Clinic needed more space and newer amenities to serve area patients.

The Hiawatha Medical Park building is a three-story medical facility that provides convenient and state-of-the-art care for patients in the Hiawatha and Cedar Rapids area.

SVPA designed a new free-standing Surgery Center for Wolfe Eye Clinic. The new Surgery Center was constructed on the remaining portion of their lot in West Des Moines.

SVPA was asked to design a new satellite facility for MercyOne in Waukee, as the second building in a wellness development.
