The Mandarin Grill & Sushi Bar was looking to open a contemporary new restaurant in an existing space and SVPA Architects was asked to create a new retail space for them.

The Panorama Community School District project started with an evaluation of the District’s existing athletic complex and a long-range Master Plan to establish goals, priorities and planning budgets.

SVPA Architects was asked to design a full-service YMCA that expands services for the current membership (7,000 strong and growing) and create a “recreation destination” for the community.

ChildServe, a not-for-profit organization serving children and adolescents with chronic developmental and/or physical disabilities, chose SVPA to assist them with their campus improvements plan, which involved projects starting in 2001.
