SVPA provided a renovation to the existing administrative office building into a Teen Center for Easterseals Iowa at Camp Sunnyside.

The new Easterseals Iowa Child Development Center at Camp Sunnyside is the product of Hubbell Realty’s fifth Extreme Build – Care for Kids.

SVPA Architects was selected to design a new child development center and preschool for Generation Next, which currently operates four other facilities in the Des Moines metro area.

A new performance auditorium was added to the existing high school that meets not only the school district’s needs but may also be used by community groups.

SVPA Architects provided design services for major building renovations to convert the original high school in Ankeny into a modernized middle school that will allow for current curriculum needs and long-term growth within the District.
