The city of Garner needed a larger aquatic center to accommodate the growing community, so SVPA Architects was asked to design it.

The Panorama Community School District project started with an evaluation of the District’s existing athletic complex and a long-range Master Plan to establish goals, priorities and planning budgets.

With the generosity and support from community members, the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District was able to move forward with a new high school outdoor athletic complex.

SVPA Architects was asked to design a full-service YMCA that expands services for the current membership (7,000 strong and growing) and create a “recreation destination” for the community.

ChildServe, a not-for-profit organization serving children and adolescents with chronic developmental and/or physical disabilities, chose SVPA to assist them with their campus improvements plan, which involved projects starting in 2001.
